13.5 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, including: (1) the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; (2) the right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; (3) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — note that we do not sell personal information; and (4) the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. 14. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, meeting our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. In general, we retain your health & fitness data for as long as your account or relationship with David Wang Fitness is active. In regards to coaching services, we also retain data for coaching clients in case clients desire to return in the future for additional coaching services and support.

If you request deletion of your account or ask us to delete specific information, we will delete or de-identify your personal data, unless we are required or permitted to keep it longer (for example, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes).
